Case Report on Alcohol Dependence with Delirium Tremors

Abstract

Alcohol is a natural material produced by Reacting to it fermentation of lactose with yeast spores. Alcohol is resorted to as fuel, because it contains calories that have no nutritional value. Multiple alcohol beverages are constructed by using different sugar sources for fermentationn. Patient History -A 32-year-old male patient was admitted to AVBRH on May-5-2021with a main complaint of. Since 2 year he started consumption alcohol on daily basis patient also complained of eye opener drinking and abdominal pain was intense intermittent and localised to upper abdomen. If some time associated with vomiting Patient was admitted at private hospital prior to A.V.B.R. hospital for pain in abdomen and he absconded from hospital because his roommate in hospital was threatening him rude toward him. Past History -Patient  attempted the suicide 4 year back because  of breakup with girlfriend. He had taken  poison.Clinical Finding-The patient had undergone all necessary investigation suggested by physician. Psychopharmacology - Patient was treated with antipsychotic agent and deaddiction medication. Conclusion: Iimmediate treatment was started and all available treatment was provided, and the patient's condition is now satisfactory.
