With the help of a toothed grasper and due to stabs of the gall bladder it was easy for gallstones to pass during surgery followed by the complication rate of 0.64%.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a negligible amount of side effects and complications but with the passage of time after effects of this treatment can occur so it is advised to take care all steps during surgery and  Peritoneal toileting is the main step to neglect complexities of passing of gall stones.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Drugs and Cell Therapies in Hematology}, author={Zubair Ahmed Yousfani, Khenpal Das, Jabeen Atta, Faiza Hameed, Aijaz Ahmed Shaikh, Moomal Zoya}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={880–885} }
