Covid -19 Related Knowledge, Atitudes and Practices in Healthcare Workers -A Systematic Review

Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic has worldwide impact and has changed the functioning and lifestyle everywhere .This study was aimed at summarizing knowledge ,attitude and practice amongst healthcare workers . It will be a helpful information to understand how to manage the pandemic in more effective way after seeing he gaps in KAP

Methods:

A search for peer reviewed cross-sectional studies published in the year 2021  from PubMed,Academia.edu  ,Web of science ,Scopus   was done The review was done in line with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses–2009.

Result:

We found 1684  articles upon the initial search. Finally,7 studies were filtered to be studied in this systematic review. Overall, the  majority articles that were published  showed the people had good knowledge about COVID 19 ,and attitude and  practices A few had modest knowledge but good practices .

Conclusion:

The majority of the articles that were published had found good knowledge, attitude and practices   about coronavirus disease and a few had moderate knowledge but practices were good .There is more need to research and improve knowledge and practice in regards to COVID 19
