Aim: To assess the effectiveness of Pilocarpine on opioid-induced Xerostomia.

Study Design: A systematic review of research articles was carried out. Electronic and hand search results revealed 243 articles, out of which 235 articles were screened. The intervention and outcomes were assessed in the studies included for the review.

Results: Four studies were included in this systematic review. These studies assessed the role of Pilocarpine in relieving opioid-induced Xerostomia in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
