Abstract
Scabies is a fairly common skin disease in Vietnam and often occurs in densely populated areas, cramped housing, lack of sanitation, and lack of running water. In particular, in the rainy season, after a long day of immersion in flood water will develop a number of dermatological diseases, if left untreated for a long time, it will adversely affect the health and activities of the patient. Flood water causes sewer blockages, leading to a lot of domestic garbage and waste. The longer it stays, the more bacteria and parasites that cause diseases, especially dermatological diseases. There are many herbs besides the ones on the market today, however, Tithonia diversifolia is a fairly common herb in warm climates. Proper application of this herb gives very promising results in the treatment of Sarcoptes scabiei and other skin diseases.
