Abstract

The Indian Economy is a knowledge based one. From time immemorial, we have given tremendous importance to Teachers and Gurus. The Society imbibes and reintroduces every new aspect through the fruitful efforts and activities of our young generation. The teacher or Guru should impart every modern concept to the students. Public Sector Undertakings across the Globe needs better Corporate Governance techniques and effective Financial and Cost Reporting mechanisms. Kerala, being a small Consumer state needs Updated Compliance system. Therefore,this Research paper analyses Perception of Government College Commerce Teachers of Kerala State about the application of Cost Accounting Standards in Public sector Undertakings under Department of Industries and Commerce in Kerala State.
