Abstract

Half of infertile couples are given drugs to help them conceive. However, the majority of them are unable to conceive a child. As a result, they are preferred  the   In Vitro Fertilization System (IVF).Recently, studies had attempted to predict implantation success  across the biological indicators.  There are net of molecules (hormones, cytokines and growth factors) play a crucial role in receptive endometrial and implantation outcomes.Samples were   separating into two  subgroups:50 failure and 24 success implantation.Present study assessed  prevalence of LIF  gene variants in the Iraqi Arab IVF infertility females. Sequencing results showed  that GGmutantgeno type frequencyof rs3761427 SNP recorded a significance increasing  (P<0.05)50%vs. 8.3%in failure than success implantation. Also, present   study clarify  the effect of mutant CC (P< 0.05) ofrs2267153 SNP ,as risk factor of  failure 50%vs.12.5%. TheOR  value refers to the important of the  heterozygousGA of rs916754395 SNP significant(P<0.01) in failure implantation incidence. The AA referenceof not registeredSNPeffected negatively in implantation. While AC heterozygous effected positively in implantation. Also, fold change refer to highly increasing in LIF gene expression level among failure implantationsubgroup of  Iraqi Arab infertility females during IVF.
