Significance of Dincharya in Ayurveda

Abstract

Ayurveda is eternal science of life.Which teaches us how to live happy healthy long life. To achieve one such goal of maintaining the health following dincharya is need. Dincharya includes things which are mandatory to follow so as to maintain proper fitness of body that is to maintain proper equilibrium of dosha, dhatu, mala and agni. For being healthy one should follow daily regimen as stated in Ayurveda. The proper following of dincharya maintain person routine on time. Dincharya helps to maintain one’s constitution. It regularizedone’s biological clock, digestion proper biological activities of body.As melatonin hormone is biological clock of body which promote sleep and perform all functions of body in time. The body gets in use to perform activities on time and by sequence. The dincharya teaches us this only as how and when to perform activities likewise.It starts in the morning from waking up in bhramhimuhrta.

 

AIM: Significance of Dincharya in Ayurveda

 

CONCLUSION: According to Ayurveda one should follow Dincharya in order to live healthy and fit life. Dincharya plays vital role in prevention of diseases such as life style disorders. If one follows it properly there are very little chances to get affected from any diseases. Dincharya is daily regimen from waking up in morning till night. It is easy to follow in every day busy life. The person who’s following all this steps properly is never prone to any diseases.
