The wellbeing of employees at their places of employment is of utmost importance in today's global and dynamic workplace. A sense of health, contentment, and abundance might be described as "wellbeing." It encompasses a sense of wellbeing, happiness, and purpose in life. Many studies have been conducted in this field to discover what makes humans happy, however, it has been determined that subjective wellbeing is the most important factor. Cognitive and emotive judgments of life are the focus of this term. It indicates better mental and physical wellness in the future. Life expectancy, wellbeing as well as the ability to cope with stress are all linked together. The purpose of this paper is to comprehend the idea of subjective wellbeing and also to examine its consequences in the workplace. According to a comprehensive analysis of the literature, social, political, and workplace factors play a significant effect on the wellbeing of employees. Another important factor in determining employee health and wellbeing is the degree to which employees are involved in and satisfied with their work. Thus, an effort is made to generate happy and productive personnel so that they can perform at their best. Another benefit is that it will inspire employees who are willing to go beyond their responsibilities and help create a happy work environment.
